No More Odd Jobs
Welcome to the work request post for Travis' No More Odd Jobs business on the island of Atia for the Livejournal Roleplaying Game, Amatomnes. This is where you can post requests for Travis' services for any of the oddjobs your character may have.
While the actual information and request is best done through this post, ICly, this process is represented through a drop box located at Travis' place of residence, Casa de Dook. The act of placing a request here is represented by filling out a form then depositing it in the drop box.
In game, Travis will check his box every week day at 10:00 AM and will proceed to either go about the tasks, or contact clients to negotiate pricing if he feels it is too little for too much.
What constitutes an odd job? This is vague and for good reason. Odd jobs in this case are any job that one is willing to pay someone else to do. These shouldn't be things that require any training or specific education for, as those stop becoming odd and start becoming specialized. For example, things like mowing the lawn, walking the dog, tearing down walls, feeding alligators, picking up trash, pet babysitting and collecting coconuts are all suitable odd jobs. Also, any trade skills job is applicable as well. Things like plumbing, pest exterminator, and tile laying.
If you've got a request and you're not sure if it qualifies or not, please post it anyways. I'll let you know if it does or does not work.
This is not the post to request wetwork (IE assassinations) from Travis. While those are going to be offered, there will be a separate post for that. Until it goes up, please contact me personally with these requests, either through messenger, email, or private message. Thank you.
