Heeeey there, LJ! Hey!
First things first, thank you for the snowflake, Anonymouse! It made me feel smiley and warm on the inside, so thanks.
I’ve been around, even though I haven’t been updating. However, I’ve gotten particularly fannish about NCIS lately, and instead of harassing people in their journals, I thought I would do something crazy and maybe update my own journal with my fannish squee.
I loved this episode so much, I’m not sure this will be coherent, but whatever. I will try anyway!
My favorite parts (in list form, because things are always better in list form):
So, basically, the whole thing. The whole thing was made up of my favorite parts!!
Hmmm, that was a lot of exclaiming. At least it’s out of my system now (sort of); I promise (again, sort of) not to yell in comments.
It’s also lovely that this episode brought all the bigots and xenophobes out of the woodwork over at the official site. It doesn’t make me happy that these people exist, but it does make me happy that they were so bothered by this episode. For this alone, I love it.

- Gibbs remarking on the state of Tony’s ass (!!)
- Ziva telling Abby she could never eat her (!!!)
- Gibbs and Tony sharing magical mind powers that made them turn around to stare at Jackson AT THE EXACT SAME TIME.
- Tony going everywhere with Gibbs. Everywhere!
- And were Tony and Ziva actually waiting by the elevator for Gibbs to return? Oh, I love them!
- Ducky and Pa Gibbs bonding over childhood courtship antics (♥)
- Gibbs owning a giant pink bicycle (!!!!)
- Frank Fontana as the dad! ILU, Frank Fontana, you were always my favorite person on Murphy Brown!
- Tony using his snooping powers for good instead of evil. (♥ ♥)
- Abby pecking McGee on the cheek. (Heh, I typed “Tony” instead of McGee at first, because I have a one-track mind.)
- Every single second involving Chaplain Hottie. (Is that wrong? That seems wrong. But how can I be expected to ignore that guy’s hotness? I mean, really.)
- TONY IN A BARROOM BRAWL!!!! HE TOLD THE GUY TO WAIT WHILE HE WENT AND GOT A BARSTOOL WITH WHICH TO WHACK HIM OVER THE HEAD! I love you so much NCIS don’t ever change!! ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
