Okay so yesterday I went out and bought a new straightener, because I certainly couldn’t continue walking around like this. I went to Target after researching their selection online. I ended up not getting the model I'd planned on... I got something BETTER! It's Vidal Sassoon's Wet to Dry Straightener
Eliminate blow-drying and cut styling time in half with the high-heat straightener designed to create salon styles at home. Heat penetrates wet hair quickly and evenly from the inside out, drying and styling as water evaporates through special outlets.
Sheer genius! I'll let you know tomorrow if it actually works.
Also yesterday was dinner with steprous at Café Trastevere. It was very delicious (food; bruschetta) and very enjoyable (company; Bear & Braun). Delizioso e piacevole.
I'm getting pretty desperate for things-to-occupy-my-time here at the ol' jobby job.
I've nearly broken my mouse's left-click button re-revisiting . I've gone cross-eyed reliving season five of Gilmore Girls on TelevisionWithoutPity.com. Why, I've even gone so far as to read the blog of "Pamie", guest writer for TelevisionWithoutPity.com and the girl who made me want to introduce the word douche to my LJ vocab. PS- she has a book, and I think I'm buying it... God, I wish I had her "job". AND her knack for running into celebrities like ♥Jake I've already read every single piece on McSweeney's and have checked my eBay auctions more than anyone else EVER.
