See if I wanted to see a bunch of no-talent unknowns sing on TV, competing for some overhyped accolade, I would have watched the audition rounds of the X Factor. But now we have the "tradition" of the yearly scratch-yer-eyes-out-painful hell of not only the Eurovision Song Contest, but a British qualifying round as well!
And what's more, James Blunt can break America yet we can't even win the bloody Contest!? Why do we put people like Gemini (nil pois) into these competitions when they're clearly vocal idiots!?
The only redeeming factor is the genius Wogan humour. And now Jonathan Ross apparently!
