My First Blizzard
I've never seen so much snow in my life.
The storm is apparently overwhelming even for Minnesotans. We're supposed to have 16-22 inches by the time it's over, which is in addition to the foot that we already got last weekend. It's expected to land in the top 5 Minnesota snowstorms of all time as far at the amount of snow in one storm. I'm lucky enough to get to drive in it!
It really wasn't as unmanageable as I imagined; after a considerable time digging my car out, the drive wasn't that bad. Minneapolis certainly knows how to handle its snowplows; schools weren't even canceled here. To be honest, it was actually pretty, at least as far as I could see in the 1/8th a mile visibility.
Driving to work tomorrow morning, however, isn't going to be fun.
