1. I love the way he sees the world. I love the fact that they can be surrounded by chaos and death, and he could even be dying but he can always find a way to make someone smile. And I absolutely love the fact that he pretends to be dumb when I think sometimes he is smarter than Sam.
2. I wish he would go on and throw the regs away and go ahead and be happy with Sam!
3. Obviously Sam (OTP BITCHES)... And everyone knows I ship Jack with everyone on the show; hell, even Jacob (Sam's dad) is up for grabs).
4. I've already said this for Gibbs, but I ship Jack with Jethro Gibbs so fucking bad it hurts. And I'm so happy that it is a really popular pairing!
Oh, and I think Susan Ivanova from B5 would be EPIC choice for Jack as well, she's a lot like Sam and he's a lot like Marcus... Except for the not being a virgin part...
5. I think Jack would fucking AMAZING in either Battlestar Galactica or in Babylon 5. I can just see him being the best of Friends with John, Susan, and Michael (and Marcus!) in B5 and then best friends with Adama, Saul, and Roslin in BSG. EPIC BITCHES, EPIC!
But I also want him in NCIS, because having him and Gibbs in the same would kick some major ass!
6. ... Teal'c - I can ship everyone under the sun with Jack but not Teal'c. They are brothers-in-arms and nothing more in my mind. I can do 3some with them but even then, it still urks me. Their love for each other is truely platonic in my mind.
7. 'Leap of Faith' by Egypt Central is my ultimate anthem for Jack along with 'Falling from the Sky' by VAST. But as a ship song, I three that come to mind: 'Hotel Roosevelt' by Augustana (for Jack/Janet) and then for Sam/Jack, 'Searchlights' by David Cook and 'Good to You' by Marianas Trench.
Sorry, I pretty much think of Jack for every song I hear now.
8. Ya sure, you betcha, snookums. - C'on, someone doubt that Jack wouldn't name his book this! It's either this or D'Oh! or Oh, for Cryin' Out Loud!.
9. Either Iraq, Charlie's death, Ba'al, or Sam dying. Jack's got a lot to have nightmares about.
10. ... For a character who has died over a 100 times (thanks to Ba'al) in several episodes and several universes/timelines... I still think he'll die pleasantly in his bed surrounded by SG1. That or he'll die in Sam's arms while being supposedly "peaceful diplomatic mission."
Take your pick.
Jack is only my MOST favorite character in all of fandom... But don't worry John *pets and huggles him*, you're an extremely close second!
