Ah~ Tanoshikattayo~n! Is everybody watching the Olympics? Today (depends on where you're living) we finally got to see the females' single figure skating (short program) *_*!! Since figure skating is the only real chance for Japan to get a medal they've been reporting about it for MONTHS. The Japanese have not won anything so far but they still have 2 hour features about WHY this and that person 'lost' and how they would 'oh so certainly' win if they were given another chance. ...second chance?! Someone should tell all those news announcers to get real. Talking about "second chances"...I mean, this is the Olympics, after all and not some kindergarten sports festival...Anyway! The results were just as expected, though I'm surprised that Slutskaya wasn't in first place. The first three (Cohen, Slutskaya and Arakawa) were all in the 66 point range so you really can't tell who's going to be on top until we get to see the free skate *_*. Another thing that surprised me was Suguri!! I have to admit I was astonished she ranked 4th but the thing I was even more surprised by is....she didn't cry @_@!!! I think she's a really good skater (she's 100% focused on her skating once she steps onto the ice) but she usually breaks out in tears the second the music stops. One could get the impression she's being forced to skate and the second she finishes she's so scared and relieved that it all just breaks out of her...! Anyway, I'm looking forward to the free skate!! But still...no Mao-chan...T_T......Mao-chaaaan *turns into Watanuki*!! (Just google Asada Mao and olympics and you'll know what I'm crying about! ;_;)
Thanks to everyone for their comments on the last post. I didn't really get to use a computer during the last few days and yesterday evening I found out that my flight to Kyoto is on Friday morning (I've been under the delusion it's on Saturday morning for 3 months @_@!) so I have a lot of stuff to do but absolutely no time. I will respond tomorrow (if I can find some time o_O) or when I'm back (March 7th or later). Thanks to wyrdley on her advice on how to handle the stolen translation thing. Wata: "Just now...an ayakashi..."
Wata: "And Doumeki on a horse..."

Wata: "So that means...the thing that was about to devour me, Doumeki and everything else (I saw) was ...a dream?"
Wata: "But, then how come I'm lying (on the ground) in a place like this...?"
Yuu: "Wrong."

Wata: "A 'prophetic dream' is a dream that becomes reality, correct?"
Yuu: "Yes. To be more precise it is 'a dream that responds to a real event that will happen in the future'."

Wata: "Is there anyone else you can think of (who might have had a dream like that)?"

Notes and thoughts!
Another chapter that left me screaming like a fangirl. Not that that would be anything new. The plot is progressing absolutely Holic-like ^^. I was eating breakfast while I was reading, and let me tell you, I don't recommend eating or drinking while you're reading new Holic chapters *_*. Yuuko-neesama o_O!!! Clamp-sensei!! Can D/W get any more canon...? Obviously it can! "Hurry up with all that 'realizing' Watanuki, won't you ♥?".
Oh, and about the last page (page 16)! Yuuko's saying that she wants to have someone buy the arrow, but thanks to 'Japanese grammar!' there's absolutely no hint as to who that someone might be. Watanuki...?
Doumeki himself? Or is there going to be another Tsubasa connection?? I myself speculate on the later.
So Doumeki's grandfather's arrow. It must be pretty 'expensive' since it obviously is quite effective! And who's gonna receive the payment for the arrow? Doumeki because it was his grandfather's? Hm...
I'll see that in a few days..the first time I'll get to read Yanmaga on its official publishing date (or earlier?)♥! Mainland Japan I'm coming XD!!!!!
