No comments on the chapter for now. They're holding a one-time tea ceremony class today that's starting in half an hour so I gotta run to be on time...o_O!!!

I can't wait to see next week's issue, either. :) Since this was a longer arc, the next one is probably going to be one of CLAMP's one-shots. By chance, do you know how many chapters they're up to in this volume? I'm sure it's not finished yet, but it feels like the next volume could be starting soon.

About the uncolored Mokona: if it's the one in the bathroom, I think that's a toy or something, because I saw that thing in a previous chapter. It had incense burning inside of it or whatnot.

This one steps up Watanuki's relationship with ZW, which I like. (If Watanuki ends up with anyone, and it's not Doumeki, I would really like to see these two together.) Watanuki x ZW is cavity inducing. I like the connection between Yuuko's well and ZW's pond, too. ^^

Me too ^-^! This chapter was beautiful in so many ways! And just like you, I wouldn't mind Wata/Zashiki either because it's just too sweet! I'm not seeing Clamp-sensei planning a romantic relationship for the two of them at this stage, though. They don't know each other well enough yet. Remember Watanuki's answer when Jorougumo asked him if she was dear to him? It was very true to Watanuki's self-sacrificing attidude, IMO.

Anyway, I can't wait to see the next chapter. I'm 95% sure we're gonna see Doumeki next chapter. I can't wait to see his reaction when he hears/sees that Watanuki's eye is lost forever (+ that he's gotten himself injured again)...! I wonder how Watanuki is going to confront him with his newly found (but very pricey...he lost an eye for god's sake!)insight.

By chance, do you know how many chapters they're up to in this volume?
Since some of the chapters that are going to be in volume 8 had a few more pages than usual I think there's about 4 more chapters (5 at max) until volume 8 will be

What would be a better reply, though:

Well, I think it would be funny.

Of course Himawari is worried. But you can't compare it to Doumeki's reaction because Doumeki feels responsible for it since Watanuki lost his eye in order to bring his (Doumeki's) back.
