Please read: on using my translations in scanlations

I've said this before, but I just thought I'd better mention it again: Please don't use my translations in scanlations. People have done it before (without my consent!) and I'm sure people will continue doing it if I don't make clear that I absolutely don't want my translations to be used in scanlations. I would personally be quite upset if could no longer read your translations to xxxholic scanlations. It kills me that it takes a much greater amount of time for volumes in English to be released. Additionally, my local bookstore takes FOREVER to stock new manga. It drives me insane. For instance, volume 7 is supposedly out on the market and has been for quite some time, and yet my store won't receive it until June or July. Sure, that sounds like impatience. And when it comes to xxxHolic, my only complete obsession, waiting is not an option (in my mind, anyway ;P). I'm sure no personal anecdote will make you change your mind, but I wanted to put my views out here just so you're aware (not that you need to care or anything). I use the translations so I can keep up with the story as it's released. I then buy the volumes when they come out, because I know I'll read them again and again. I don't know how many scanlation readers actually buy the manga later, but I'm one of them. Your translations have been a godsend for feuling the xxxHolic beast in me. I also enjoy reading your personal analyses of the chapters and the more in-depth discussions. Moreover, your translations are truer to the heart of the dialogue than what comes out of the official versions. I can't tell you how sad I would be if they were no longer accessible.

I will totally respect your decision no matter what it is, but for my sake I'm pleading that you continue with this project for the sake of my sanity. x3 I thank you for everything that you've done. Watanuki all the way! n__n
