My string of inconvenient little bad luck continues!
Well, that depends on how you look at it, as always. I caught a cold on friday, but it seems to be concentrated completely in my nose, so it's not like last time when I just wanted to hibernate or bang my head against a table out of misery because I felt so sick. It hasn't stopped me from going to play soccer, either.
Thus, I was also able to experience wearing a mask all day today. It wasn't comfortable at all. I would have preferred to stay home and not have to deal with masks at all in the first place, but today was JLPT day, and It really would have been a waste of money, time, and preparation if I hadn't gone.
It wasn't exciting at all, and I almost fell asleep during the last section because I was tired and couldn't blow my nose during the test (which was kind of gross, actually, and kind of made me glad that I was wearing a mask). The listening section was a lot easier than what we've been practicing in class, so it wasn't too much of a problem except for the fact that I lost my concentration a few times. In the end, the grammar and reading comprehension passages ended up being the most difficult, even though I like those subjects the best.
Apparently, you need to get 70 percent correct in order to pass. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
I've gained 'regular' status from the lady I've been buying tangerines from, so this week, she gave me two extra ones as a bonus.
I'll end on that good note tonight, then.
