I believe so...spirits, souls. Though in here they all have physical body.

If we were in my world, I'd say artificial body. But here, my best guess would be magic, the same one that trapped us in this house.

I haven't seen any spirits... I've only heard them in the haunted hallway, and in the mirrors.

Ah you mean the ghost in the hallway...Do you know when a person died and that person felt attach to things or places, the spirit would becoming earth-bound spirit? I think that the case with the hallways ghost.
