Clearly I am bored.
1. What is your biggest pet peeve?
Blatant, I-don't-care-what-the-facts-are ignorance! Rudeness! Holier-than-thou-ness!
2. What irritating habits do you have?
I pick at my cuticles and nails. I wipe sweat off my face in the same manner that a cat cleans its face. I make really weird noises, more like grunts, when I'm whining, instead of whining.
3. Have you tried to change the irritating habits or just let them be?
The grunt-whining is so far ingrained that nothing I do can change it. The nail-thing I've been doing since age 6 or so when Mom read me that Berenstein Bears book where Sister Bear bites her nails. It gave me ideas. As for the face-wiping thing, some people think it's cool, and I ain't changing it anyway.
4. What grosses you out more than anything else? Why?
Roaches on my stuff. Seeing kids with strings of mucus hanging out their noses and their parents aren't cleaning them up. Vomit unless I'm taking care of someone (an SO, a sibling, a babysittee).
5. What one thing can you never see yourself doing that other people do?
Wanting to be the center of attention constantly. Not everyone does, but a lot of people do. I do enjoy being the center of attention sometimes, but a never-ending spotlight gets old fast. And I'm not THAT interesting.
