Blah
I woke up this morning feeling very sick. It is honestly the most intense chest cold I have ever had (I haven't had too many). My muscles ache so much that I feel like they may just pop when i'm walking around. It sucks mainly because I can't afford to miss too much work.
There are three reasons why I think the sickness hit me so suddenly. First, when I shaved yesterday I gave myself a moustache for about 12 hours. I think it wasn't supposed to be and the facial hair gods are mad at me. Second, I went to the White Fox (which I posted about earlier) though I didn't have too bad a time I promised myself I'd never go back. But honestly when your at a house party and everyone else is going what are you going to do? Third, when I was leaving the White Fox I found a 20 dollar bill on the ground. Last week while walking home from the bar I found a 10 dollar bill on the ground. I think the Dene drug dealers who these bills most likely belonged to put a curse on me. Those drug dealers should really invest in money clips!
On the plus side a friend from work burned me all two seasons of Kenny Vs Spenny. There are like 40 shows in total, so i'll be able to keep myself occupied if sick for an extended period of time.
Yellowknife is one giant puddle right now!
Roots is one of the best books i've read in a long time!
