The north can really bring out the worst in people on any given night (including myself). I don't want to ever go to the White Fox again, that place is just wrong. people in their 50's hitting on people in their teens, fights constantly breaking out from racist comments and crack deals gone bad. The sad thing is that at around midnight after drinking in a local bar everyone asks themselves 'where else could we go?' the answer always being 'the white fox'. Maybe it is just because I have been hanging out too much with people from Winnipeg. Those fuckers are crazy (honestly where else do you find someone named Guy Mulligan?, or someone who is in their early 30's decked out in all black clothes, tattoo's everywhere, long black hair with silver streaks covering his face and is a practicing criminal lawyer?)

I should really focus on doing more stuff during the day when it's nice and sunny. Everyone is friendly, good for the body and the bank account. The weather was beautiful yesterday.

I am going ice fishing on Sunday, i guess that is a start.

I had some beautiful pictures of the Caribou Carnival and a dogsled race across yellowknife bay but the stupid tracks on the film ripped (it was probably my fault for not winding it right). I might give up on trying to use manual cameras. It is alot of money for film development, i have no flash and am not a good photographer.
