Besides that i had to drive my aunt first to the airport to pick up some people. The new terminal 1 is really swank and clean looking, airport designs are always really interesting. Then i drove a van load of people so they could catch a plane off a army base in Trenton to go to Afganistan. It turns out that first they are spending a few days in Bosnia and Kosvo, then off to some 'hidden' army base off the Persian Gulf, then off to Afganistan. I really wish i could go on a trip like that, it would be so freakin exciting. She's going over there to write some articles for a few different sources about the Canadian reconstruction efforts going on. I think there is going to be a series of stories in the KW record so keep your eyes open for a Kathy Hayes.
After that i drove to Guelph for a house party. It was alot of fun and the Barmitzvah Brothers played a show in the living room. I can't believe how young everyone is in that band, it made me feel like a bit of a geezer. Very talented though, i'm sure they will achieve a moderatly high level of success.
Next week is going to be tough as it is just going to be me and the new puppy. I bought a case of Bohemian beer in peperation, my brother drank most of them so it looks like i'll have to buy one more. Looking after a puppy means that i won't be able to get out of the house much so please anyone drop by for a beer or something.
I hate sunday afternoons!
