I'm still simmering quietly about what happened to raincitygirl atm. It's probably declasse to want to throw huge temper tantrums about someone from my flist being insulted, but you know, I'm tempted anyway. I've never claimed class.

She seems to be terming everyone who disagrees with her a failed writer or lesser being trying to pull down her rank. It's corrupt behavior, even from atop a tiny mole hill like f/sf publishing. She may have singled out ginnytonnick in that second post for telling her in a comment in the flocked post that she plans to write Tor about tnh's behavior. It's probably the same trigger that made her jump hard on raincitygirl for saying she won't buy anymore from Tor. And you know, these are just some of the reasons you don't say, well I'm an editor and you're stupid, as she did in her comments; if you use your professional status to bully people, people are going to rightly react to your professional status. Besides it being a pretty sorry way to interact with people. And way to go in being a total hypocrite with her treatment of Tempest in those posts.

Well, it's shared pathology because apparently her spouse doesn't take it amiss that she's using him as her trigger for treating everyone who disagrees with her as nonhuman or there would be a retraction from one or the other of them.

Heh. No, rot-13. There's 26 letters in the alphabet: slide every letter down 13 spaces, wrapping around. a becomes n, b becomes o, c becomes p, etc. rot13.com is a quick way to copy, paste, and translate.
