I really like how conflicted Snape is, yet how willing he is to give that to his lover. Very tender.

Yes... it's hard for Severus to play along with this, but he does because he loves Harry, and because he understands, even if he doesn't find the same absolution in it. Harry is absolved through the pain, Severus is absolved through the healing.

I meant to mention how much I loved your style, especially the first paragraphs. It really set the tone, and was very touching.

It's funny you say that, because I had the HARDEST time with the opening paragraph(s). The entire story was written except for that, and I really needed something to set the tone and open it gracefully... I'm glad I succeeded!

She did her first-ever Snupin art for me!! I was, and still am, bowled over by the hotness and deep feeling she conveyed. I love your art too. I couldn't get over all the silver filigree and the dragon scale leather sheath she did. We are very, very fortunate girls.

I know, when she showed me the line drawing for your Snupin, I just RAVED over it - not my pairing, but they're just so passionate, it's impossible not to be drawn to them. She's so good at expressing emotion in her art. My favorite bit is Remus' lip just catching on Severus' nose - a little real-life detail that just adds so much, IMO. And I love her Remus. And his open mouth. And I could go on about that drawing forever.

The detail on my art still blows me away, all the embroidery and the textures to the sword and the scales... beautiful, beautiful. And took poor Cathy forEVER. LOL

I have SQUEEEEED for paragraphs, at least, on my LJ, in comments, in emails, over that precise detail - Lupin's lip caught on Sev's nose. Why does it affect me so? I think it makes me think that it is a still moment caught in time, and that if I watch long enough, they will start moving and complete the act, lol. I'm still hoping for that, btw.
And she sent me her line drawing too, and I audibly gasped at the depth and heat there, even just in black and white.
She did an equally good job with the motion in your commission. Love the hair and pose.

She just drew a GORGEOUS Harry for RaeWhit's "Anniversary"... he might be my favorite Harry of hers... she's almost done with it, just a bit more coloring to do, I think, before she posts. Wish I could churn out art at the speed and quality that she does! Mine takes forEVER. LOL
