been going to the gym every other day to slowly break myself into the habit without trying to break myself.

seems to be getting slightly easier each time.

gonna start pushing a little bit more find out what my limits are.

hoping by the time camp opens to be able to go at least MOST of the way up either hill without having to pause for too long lol.

and if i can get a little stonger it won't hurt either.
