Questions over questions

I'm working on new Chapters of Pain Management and therefore I have a question... So... little problem needs to be dealt with XD
Namely: When I have a fanfiction, and I post a new Chapter, how do I link the old Chapters to my entry?
Like. When I post Chapter 2 online, I want a normal lj-cut with the new chapter and below that I'd like a link or a ljcut for the last chapter and so on. So that in the end, when I've posted my final chapter, there are all links to former chapters below it. Basically as everyone does it X'D
Also I have to note, that I'm using lj as kind of a diary already... O__O which is why my diary stays empty XD
