I don't know if anyone asked this before, but...what type of world does everyone come from?

Of course, I wouldn't force anyone to say if they don't want to, but I'm just feeling curious~ ♥

It's good to see you weren't traumatized, like the rest of the manor seems to be, by the last event, Maya-san.

As I believe I told you, my world is one with two worlds in it; the 'real' world and the game, [the world] and both worlds interact with each other, even though most people don't know it...yet.

I considered it to be an interesting experience, since it's not everyday I get to be a boy ♥

Really? How so?

Glad to hear that. Most found it unnerving. If it weren't for some...matters with my body, I am sure that I would have found it interesting as well.

The 'real' world is one full of computers and when a 'world' is made out of data connected to everycomputer through the net, the chance of something NOT happening is much smaller than the chance of something happeneing.

Oh? Who did you end up as, Ovan-kun?

Oh my! Would this be the Y2K thing that I keep hearing about?

Heather.

No, Y2K was years ago.

I don't think I've met her yet.

Oh really? People on the news were making just starting to make a fuss about it where I'm from.

I had only one contact with her previously to this event, during the event prior to this one.

Trust me; everything will be alright...unless Pluto's Kiss occurs in your world.

The zombie invasion I keep hearing about?

What's Pluto's Kiss?

Oh, no. The one were everyone, including myself, were acting like fools.

A computer virus. It crashed the entire net on December 24, 2005 and almost brought the world to an end.

Oh dear, would it be rude to ask for details?

WHAT?! I DIED TO SAVE THE WORLD AND AN INTERNET CRASH IS GOING TO DESTROY IT AGAIN IN SIX YEARS?! Well I won't accept that! I'll whoop the Virus maker's ass!

Yes.

No, it doesn't end, but it does come very close. The net crashing activated the American Nuclear Defense Systems, but control was re-established before any ICBMs were launched.

Then I won't. And find out from an outside source somehow.

That sounds very serious. I hope no one was hurt?

Thank you for respecting my privacy, Maya-san.

There were some causalities, but the First Network Crisis was some years ago; I'm not quite familar with it as I am with more...current events.

You're welcome, Ovan-kun.

...you mean there's another one?

8)

There was another one seven years ago, in 2010, due to events occuring within [the world] at the time.

My, the internet certainly sounds like it'll be a lot of trouble in the future.
