So basically, my parents finally realized that my current job didn't have to be THE JOB, and started watching out for other opportunities out there while I struggled in anger and pain. They told me about this start-up animation company which is looking for a translator, and I read its recruitment info and was very curious about it because it said that the team has worked on Zootopia and other block buster animation movies, so I sent them my resume yesterday night and got a call at noon today that they would like to interview me tonight. So I went, and talked with the recruiter for a good three hours. I like him and I like their ambition and I can see that they have a good plan, and they offer a good pay. The recruiter also told me that I could be an admin director or HR director if the company survive 10 years, and I was quite frank with him, saying what you think my passion for art would help me with my career as an admin director or HR director? And he said they had the best artist team to help me if I wanted to go that direction... and wow this may be THE JOB, and he told me so too.
But the company is really a start up, which is also one of my concerns. Everything is done from scratch. The recruiter told me that he'd hold my offer for 3 months. That should be enough time for me to decide...
