[20:19] THEnALEXsCREAMED: i love sluts
[20:24] isnotchicago: haha
[20:24] isnotchicago: I feel like what that TIME article is saying is that feminism creates sluts?
[20:25] isnotchicago: That allowing women to live beyond their stereotypes encourages them to be more free with their crotches as well as their minds.
[20:26] isnotchicago: Which, I guess, is no different than with men. We are just more critical of girls who have sex more, than of guys.
[20:28] THEnALEXsCREAMED: women think they are the ones with the power of there boobs but now women are fighting against each other to be better looking and get more attention because they think attention=power
[20:29] THEnALEXsCREAMED: but inturn they are just subjecting themselves to control from men by giving us what we want
[20:31] THEnALEXsCREAMED: its basic instincts
[20:33] isnotchicago: Yeah. The article brings up an argument that girls are acting more like guys (more aggressive, more sexual), but I think that's just a biproduct of being free. Being allowed to fully express yourself leads to things like that. However, girls could be doing it more because this freedom is something new to them. And by doing it more, they're just defining themselves by their actions (whores, sluts, bitches) instead of using their actions to show who they really are.
[20:35] THEnALEXsCREAMED: the biggest factor is, guys encourage it and girls are doing it for guys. if girls encoruaged guys and if guys listened I would be dancing on tables at parties and kissing guys for free beer
