Jessica Martinez was in my eyes one of the most amazing people I know. She could always put a smile on everyone's face regardless of if they knew her or not. She was the sweetest girl anyone could ever ask for to have as a friend and I still don't understand why God had to take her away from the people who love her. But, I do believe there was still a reason.
I went to the crash site last night with Melissa, Michael, and my mom. It was so heartbreaking to see all the people she left behind and all of those who care. All the candles were burned out by the time I got there..so before I left I relit them. I figured someone else would've done it if tey burned out again..at least I hoped they would. =/ Yesterday...was definitely one of the hardest days of my life...and I wasn't even strong enough tto hold back my tears for my friends. Usually I'm the strong one, the one whose shoulder everyone cries on..but I was definitely crying along with everyone else for once. It was so sad..and I can't stop thinking about it, but I will remember the smile she gave me Monday* in lunch..and that picture will never leave my memory. I love you Jessica Martinez..and will never ever forget you.
