what is probably best is having some space from him.
hang out with other people.
you dont have to feel happy for him but if hes been with her for a year that isnt really something you should destroy.
If i was you, id go to the club/a party. find a hot guy. chat it up. and im sure you wouldnt be thinking about whoever this guy is :]
