(no subject)
things are going better this week, the store is supposed to open again next week (not that im counting on it, but it would be so nice if it did and i could get out of mansfield). art still loves me, and almost got beat up for me today, but hes not the kind of manager i would want every day, i'd get an ulcer too quickly.
king richards faire this weekend! last weekend we got rained out, so hopefully this weekened will be better. im hoping chris has a good time, being down here with me and mom is killing him. I know he wants his own space, trust me i do too, but it sucks that he/we can't really do anything at the moment. in the meantime, i hope he's ok enough to at least stay down here at least the nights that he has to work, "i've grown accustomed to his voice, accustomed to his face" yes, we all enjoy the my fair lady reference.
grad school things are moving slowly, but at least they are moving. university of michigane is probably gonna scare the bejesus out of me in terms of everything that i have to do, i just hope it doesnt turn me off of my other schools. im so paranoid about getting every piece in on time that i overwhelm myself when i shouldnt freak out. gah! o well, i know that tomorrow I have to write reeves, call UMich about specific requirements for the museum studies program, and get a rough idea of what i want to say in my personal statements for at least 3 of the schools. the other stuff will have to wait...until i dont want to kill myself anymore.
ok im done complaining. anyone want to write my papers for me, let me know. ttyl
