Results
So I talked to Tommy this morning. I kinda just stood there for a few minutes, and I didn't know what to say. Finally he just said that Crystal told him I had to talk to him. So I pulled him over by the vending machine with the chips in it, and still couldn't say anything. I didn't know where to start!
Finally, he just started about how he was going to move to Maine once he was out of high school (long story, don't ask) and that's why he doesn't get emotionally attatched. He said he didn't want to be mean, and that he still really likes me a lot, but he tries not to get emotionally attatched. (THANK YOU GOD!)
So I pretty much just said that he just made it a lot easier on me, that I'm not ready for anything anyway. And then the bell rang, so we had to go to class. But right before we said goodbye, we laughed about how it was kinda just something that we tried, and it didn't work. We were kinda testing out new things. I told him that just because we weren't together doesn't mean he couldn't hug me anymore (and placed emphasis on that). He kinda laughed and gave me a half-hug goodbye. Didn't see him at lunch. But that's okay! I have things cleared up! Yay!
And as Twyla mentioned this morning on the bus, I was doing it for the wrong reasons anyway. I don't even like him. I mean, sure, I like him as a friend. We have fun hanging out and such. But as anything more? I don't think so. Nope.
I don't remember who exactly I told this to, but I was saying how I wasn't even attracted to him, just the idea of him (and here we go again). Oh yeah, it was Alex, in choir. Heh, anyway. So I was telling Alex how good it felt to hold a hand, to have arms around me and all that. But that it wasn't necessarily the arms that I wanted around me. Still, I liked it because I'd never had that before, so I wanted more. And really, I still do, just not Tommy's arms, heh.
But you have no idea how happy it made me to hear that he wasn't "emotionally attatched" (to use his words). I went into first period grinning, and Crystal was completely confused, lol. But I told her what happened, and she was glad that we got things straightened out. :D
Anyway, moving on.
So I have two days left of school. Woo! Hehe. I have my Trig final on Monday, and my Eastern Civ final on Tuesday. And really I don't need to go to any of my other classes, but I have nothing else to do, so I might as well. But after that...I'm free! Yay! Man, it seems weird that the year's over. Huh.
Yeah, so I think I'm gonna go now. Dunno what I'm gonna do, though. We'll see.
