I am excited that head of HR wants to meet with me to discuss my future plans/career with MacPhail. Even though I have taken on some new responsibilities, I probably won't ask for a raise. Most of all I want a regular schedule that allows me to spend my evenings and weekends at home with my wife or visiting friends. Maybe I can be moving in that direction within the next year.
Some longer-term goals:
-Find a way to somehow work from home, so that I can attempt to be a stay-at-home dad.
-Learn to play an instrument well enough to play it in a band.
-Start a band.
-Make more time for visiting friends.
