PC santa
I signed up for this year's secret santa. this year I got a boy again... I was hoping maybe something different from a girl... cuz boys are greedy.
The boy is Javier and he's 10. He wrote what he really wanted is the elmo on tv....what elmo?
I don't watch tv and I'm out of the loop.
after some research on amazon and ebay.. elmo tmx is this year's craze.
after looking at a video of it on youtube...yeah it's funny for like 2.392 mins.
anyhow, I'm santa and I should do what I can. I looked at two target, toy r us ... nope.. all sold out.
then I found a post that toyrus online had the spanish speaking elmo in stock...
but but... what if the kid is not hispanic... and what if he is.. and he'll find it offensive. not to say all hispanic speaks spanish here. although 99% of the ones I know do in NY.
anyhow.. what to do?
I called ny care, the woman forwarded me to social worker and Ileft a voicemail...
I haven't heard back from her. and the spanish speaking elmo is out of stock.
guess I'll go with plan B.
cuz the kid also wrote he wanted TWO gamecube games.
ahem... I don't even have a gamecube myself.... although I would much happier to get some wii :)
