Hello! Once again in spite of promises it has been a while.
I am writing because I am taking part in Armpits4August and the response has been shamefully underwhelming. I'm cross and upset because GEEZ over the last 5 or so years (3 of which I have been stoney broke) I have easily given about £100 to various friends participating in Movember. Even after the Australian branch of Movember turned out to be a bit iffy about LGBTQ rights.
I don't know if it is because not many people consider me as much more than a 'keeping up numbers on FB' friend, don't consider Polycystic Ovaries a worthy cause or what. It has upset me because even if you can't afford to give any money a message of support won't kill you. And now I feel like an idiot. But this is the only place I can moan because otherwise it's biting off the hand I am hoping to feed me/my JustGiving page.
