The princess and....... the princess?
Princess Minju roleplays on tumblr occassionally when she runs out of ideas on finishing fics.
Her character managed to mean another character through their mutual character friend.
It turns out that not only does that character is really friends with their mutual character friend out of character, but her ex-boyfriend character cheated on him with Princess Minju.
But the strange thing is that she played Taemin and her character's ex-boyfriend was Jonghyun.
Princess Minju's character is a Jonghyun from another directory, so technically he is his twin.
They both haven't heard from that character in a long time anyway, and within that time, their character's rubbed off on each other well, and they were starting to get even closer out of character.
When the princess confessed, Princess Minju's eyes widened and immediately had put down reasons why she couldn't be with her.
She used: online relationships, the fact that the other princess resides in Pennsylvania, and that Princess Minju is a princess who could possibly be into princes only. (She still had not had her first kiss nor date nor fuck. And yet she is going to turn 20 this year. Wow.)
But the other priincess had a counterattack to each one, along with her emotions that give her the impression that Princess Minju didn't like her at all.
She was a really great friend, really, she was.
After a while, they'd chat a little tiny bit here and there. Same went with their characters.
With schoolwork and stress in family life, Princess Minju could not concentrate on writing fics or do other things that she wishes to do leisurely.
Somehow, last month, their characters were doing smut, and the princesses somehow managed to smut in an out of character roleplay text on MSN.
Next thing Princess Minju knew, they were continuing smut on cellphone text, and when they were done the other princess had asked tentatively whether they could actually be together.
Usually, Princess Minju would say no if it was a princess, but then she actually hesitated and thought about it.
Starting tomorrow, it would be a week since they've been going out.
The other princess said she wants to see Princess Minju, but the latter is scared of how her family and certain friends would react, so she only told a few whom she could trust. They were very supportive.
Princess Minju only has one picture of the other princess and vice versa. She knows this kind of relationship might not be looking good for others, but this is technically her first relationship and she wants to try this thing called love.
She's not sure what love is, but maybe it has something to do with the other princess.
The other princess can be called Katherine but Princess Minju knows her real name. Princess Katherine knows Princess Minju by a certain nickname but the latter doesn't know if the former remembers her real name.
Either way, what happens happens.
Princess Minju just hopes Princess Katherine doesn't see her parents if she ever comes down to her kingdom. She knows for a fact that her own parents are okay with homosexuals, but not so much in a sense that one of their children or grandchildren would end up as one. Princess Minju unfortunately still lives with her parents.
But for right now, she's fine where she is. She just hopes Princess Katherine understands the pressure she's in silently with her family on this matter of dating rights.
