Angeal is a pretty easy guy to get, I think. All this 'honor and pride and follow your dream and I won't be a monster' talks are pretty to understand. In fact, if it wasn't for the 'I prefer to kill myself than continue like that', he'd feel a bit bland. I can't decide if he was a total coward who left Zack with an absolute mess or if he was that tortured by the idea of going the monster way...
Genesis, on the other side, was a lot more complicated to understand, for me. Of course, there was the obvious jealousy toward Sephiroth, but we never did got the story of how he became so obsessed by "Loveless" or why he thought it held all secrets of the universe. Sometimes I feel like if it hadn't been for Sephiroth's presence, Genesis would have gone a very different way. Plus, there's the fact that by the beginning of the story, he was already AWOL, so...

As for Loveless, I want to read the whole thing. You know, for research. I will now hold my breath for Square-Enix to get to writing it.

Ah, Loveless. I wonder how twisted the guy who thought about this story was. I mean, it's like something that came straight from the Shakespeare area or something. I'd really like to know/read the final chapter too!
