Depends on how much you want to put down. If you want to spend some money, I recommend S.A.S Shoes. They're a little pricy ($100 a pair on average) but they last forever and are pretty comfy. They also come in tons of sizes - they're one of the few places I can reliably get my size.
I have a pair of snow boots that are kind of like these, only black. Good traction, insulation, padding, and some are waterproof, and not very bulky or heavy. I've worn them with regular jeans without a problem.
Can also get a little pricey, but the pair I have (Clarks brand) have lasted me for nearly two years so far and are still going strong.
