When the email accounts are as brass....
This isn't a gripe against a particular person; it's a gripe against a conspiracy of circumstances that's going on right now.
My manuscript (not completed) is in the hands of two trusted editors.
A two page description of my journey to Orthodoxy is in the hands of someone who was curious about my background.
A rewrite of an article is with my priest.
I have multiple interesting comments in various online forums, and little to no response.
All of the individuals involved have or probably have extremely valid reasons for not getting back to me. I'm well aware of their circumstances.
However, the lack of feedback is hindering my writing productivity. I'm checking email about every 30 seconds hoping that someone has had a chance to read and respond. PRAY that someone puts me out of my misery! I'm all for learning patience, but I have plenty of other people to wait for. Is it too much to ask for one response out of the many?
