A/N: This is my first attempt at writing a DBSK fanfic and therefore first time at writing YooMin <3
Setting: This fic is set during the time where Yoochun fell sick during their debut days when DBSK had to do the Mission Impossible on Show Tank.
Summary: Yoochun wakes up feeling sick and tries to find someone to cuddle up to for comfort.

~
Yoochun woke up to find himself feeling like he had a massive hangover from having drunk ten bottles of soju. But he didn’t remember drinking anything the previous night. Heck he hadn’t drunk any alcohol since about a month ago (and that in itself says a lot!).

Rolling over to the side he saw the other bed was empty meaning Jaejoong was probably in the kitchen preparing breakfast for the group. Tilting his head up he squinted at the clock standing on the bedside table and saw it was 10am already.

Groaning in pain, Yoochun managed to roll out of bed without toppling over onto the floor. Slowly, attaching himself to the wall like a leech, Yoochun made his way out of the bedroom and into the living room. Grabbing onto the corner of the wall Yoochun measured the distance between where he was standing to the chair at the dining table.

Deeming it close enough, Yoochun let go of the wall and counted to five to prepare himself for the launch before leaping across the vast distance and collapsing - into a black boxer clad lap. Looking up in confusion Yoochun’s mouth opened to form an ‘O’ of surprise as he stared into the mismatched eyes of their maknae.

“Umm … hi?” Yoochun said sheepishly with a smile. He would’ve waved and backed off, but his body really didn’t feel like cooperating with him at the moment. Nevertheless, Yoochun still tried to push himself up and managed to succeed for about five seconds before his arms collapsed underneath him and he fell face first into the warm boxer-clad lap again.

“May I ask what you are doing throwing yourself into my lap like a lovesick puppy hyung?” Changmin asked in an amused tone of voice.

Glancing up in embarrassment and not trusting his arms to support him, Yoochun settled for kneeling on the floor and laying his head on the maknae’s knee before responding with, “Was gonna jump into the chair here, but I didn’t realize you’d taken a seat during the five seconds I had closed my eyes to prepare myself for the launch.”

“Launch?” Changmin queried with a raised eyebrow making his mismatched eyes twinkle.

“Umm … yea you know, leaping from one place to another …” Yoochun replied as he gestured towards the wall half a metre away from them. “Was trying to get from the wall to this chair here,” he ended lamely.

Changmin couldn’t help chuckling at Yoochun. Lifting his hand up, Changmin petted the poor baritone’s forehead before snatching it back in shock. “Hyung, your forehead is burning! Are you sick?”

Yoochun groaned at the volume. “Shhh not so loud Minnie-ah, you should know by now that that voice of yours is enough to make up for a herd of elephants in heat.”

Before Changmin could respond to that, Jaejoong’s head poked out of the kitchen and said, “Who’s sick?” Taking a quick glance at the kneeling Yoochun who at this moment resembled nothing more than a sick puppy, Jaejoong quickly glomped the poor boy into a hug earning a groan of disappointment from Yoochun who was feeling just a bit too comfortable with his head on Changmin’s lap.

“Yoochun-ah are you okay? Oh my god your forehead is burning!” With his umma-caring mode kicking into action, Jaejoong quickly picked Yoochun up bridal style and carried him over to the couch to lie down. Junsu, who was sitting there innocently playing video games, was promptly kicked off and was about to complain when he was given the don’t-mess-with-me-right-now-I-have-a-sick-member-to-take-care-of look from Jaejoong and promptly squealed before running (game quickly forgotten) to Yunho, who was on the balcony practicing some random dance choreography as usual.

“Don’t move,” Jaejoong instructed as he started fussing over the sick boy. Yoochun nodded and did as he was told. You did not want to disobey Jaejoong when he was in umma-panic-mode.

“Changmin, what are you doing sitting at the table looking like you’re waiting for breakfast to magically appear before you? Hurry up and help me wet a warm towel for Yoochun,” Jaejoong exclaimed as he ran past the maknae in search of medicine.

Changmin was about to respond saying that was exactly what he was doing - waiting for breakfast to appear before him (not magically of course), but quickly shut his mouth when he remembered the last time he had given an honest reply in the same situation (except it was Junsu who was sick, not Yoochun) and Jaejoong had struck him over the head - hard, with a frying pan that had appeared miraculously out of nowhere.

Grumbling to himself (but not loud enough for Jaejoong to hear) about how everyone seemed to have a thing for ruining his lovely mornings of anticipating breakfast, Changmin dragged himself out of the chair and proceeded to look for a handtowel in the bathroom and soaking it in warm water before taking it back out into the living room and placing it over Yoochun’s forehead.

“You were staying up late again last night weren’t you hyung?” Changmin half-whispered kneeling beside the couch, eyes roving over to where Jaejoong was currently raiding the cabinets for some medicine. God knows Yoochun had been reprimanded enough by the eldest for always staying up late into the early mornings.

“Ahh you know me too well dongsaeng,” Yoochun muttered weakly. He had done the stupid thing of falling asleep in the bubble chair outside on the balcony last night wearing nothing but a thin t-shirt and a pair of shorts. He had woken up to the wind blowing roughly against his skin and had quickly snuck back into the apartment, careful not to wake his soulmate as he crept into their shared room.

As Jaejoong came back with some medicine and a glass of water, Changmin helped Yoochun into a sitting position, slipping himself between the sick man and the edge of the couch. Propping Yoochun against him, Changmin then grabbed the glass of water from Jaejoong’s hand while Jaejoong fed Yoochun the medicine.

After swallowing the contents of the glass, Yoochun relaxed and laid his head on Changmin’s shoulder. After telling Changmin to keep an eye on Yoochun for him, Jaejoong went back into the kitchen to continue preparing breakfast.

When Jaejoong finally announced that breakfast was ready fifteen minutes later, Changmin almost cried in happiness. Breakfast was already delayed since it was a rest day, meaning everyone would sleep in late, which meant Jaejoong would be cooking late. But add onto that another fifteen or twenty minutes spent fussing over a sick member and Changmin was ready to collapse.

Attempting to leap up from the couch, Changmin was pulled back down almost immediately by a mumbling Yoochun who now resembled a very big leech - a leech that refused to part with one Shim Changmin.

“Hyunnnnngg,” Changmin whined. “Breakfast is ready, I’m hungrryyyyy, let me go,” Changmin tried to break free of Yoochun’s hold but to no avail. For someone who was currently burning with a high fever and had only minutes ago been unable to hold himself up from falling into Changmin’s lap, Yoochun sure had a lot of strength.

“Hyunnng, I need to get to the table nowww before Junsu steals all the food,” Changmin tried again. As if on cue, a blur of something followed by a dolphin squeal rushed past them and seated itself at the table. Finally giving up on removing the leech from his body, Changmin muttered a quick, “Hold on tight,” before lifting up a surprised Yoochun around the waist and heading over to the dining table.

Feeling gravity move away from him, Yoochun squealed and quickly complied with Changmin’s words by wrapping his legs around the maknae’s waist and his arms around the other’s neck. As Changmin sat down at the table, Yoochun still didn’t make any attempt to remove himself from him.

“Hyunngg I need to eat,” Changmin tried for the umpteenth time. Yunho smiled at his band mates’ cute interaction and resisted the urge to coo at them before happily digging into his breakfast. Junsu just giggled, glad that he wasn’t in Changmin’s position right now and quickly tried to wolf down as much food as possible while Changmin was distracted.

Jaejoong, who was walking out of the kitchen carrying a plate of food just said, “Changmin, Yoochun is sick right now, if he feels comfortable sitting on your lap, then just let him be, your arms are long enough to reach around him to eat anyway.”

Changmin hmfphed but agreed to Jaejoong’s words. Yoochun was sick, and a sick Yoochun was (not that he’d admit it out loud) kind of cute. And there was just something about Yoochun’s cuteness that made Changmin want to comply with his every wish. Bringing his chair closer to the table (but not close enough that he would end up smacking Yoochun’s back against the table), Changmin did a prayer of thanks to Jaejoong (note: when it comes to food, Jaejoong = God) before finally digging in to his breakfast.

It was a bit awkward in the beginning since Yoochun had decided to bury his head in the crook of Changmin’s neck, but after a few minutes, Changmin got used to it and continued eating his breakfast in a content manner. After helping himself to second plate of food, Changmin realized Yoochun still hadn’t eaten anything yet.

“Hyung,” Changmin whispered prodding Yoochun on the side.

“Mmm?” Yoochun replied in a drowsy voice. Changmin automatically felt guilty for waking up the sleeping man, but then decided that food was more important.

“Are you hungry? You still haven’t eaten anything yet.”

“Mmm too tired to eat,” Yoochun replied snuggling closer into the warmth radiating from the maknae.

But Changmin wouldn’t give up that easily. Food was a vital importance to your everyday life, he couldn’t imagine why people would decline it. “But hyung, if you don’t eat you won’t have any energy to do anything.”

Yoochun moaned and slowly pushed himself up, using Changmin’s shoulders as a lever. Keeping one hand on Changmin’s shoulders to keep himself upright, Yoochun used the other to rub at his eyes. “Mmm … will you feed me if I agree to eat Minnie-ah?”

Dwwaawwwwwww so cute! Changmin could feel his hidden fan boy running around in his head screaming at the cuteness of it all but quickly squashed it down. Composing himself on the outside, Changmin replied, “If that’s the only way I can get you to eat then yes I will feed you, I’ll even share half of my breakfast with you if I must.”

At that all the other members, excluding Yoochun (who was currently beaming happily at Changmin) stopped eating their breakfast to look at the maknae in disbelief. Changmin sharing his breakfast?? That was just unheard of in the DBSK household.

While Changmin started feeding Yoochun small pieces of scones with whipped cream on top (because Yoochun just loved sweet things), Yunho and Junsu continued staring at them in disbelief while Jaejoong disappeared into the kitchen.

As Yoochun was licking the last of the cream on the fork, Jaejoong came back out with a bowl of porridge and stuck it in front of Changmin. “Here, since he seems to eat anything you feed him, feed him this - and make sure he eats it all up, if not you’ll have to finish it off for him.”

Yoochun took one look at the porridge and shook his head. “I don’t feel like porridge, I want more scones.”

Changmin looked up at Jaejoong then at Yoochun and decided it was better to persuade Yoochun to eat the porridge.

“Hyung-ah, porridge is good for a sick person though, if you eat too much flavoured things, your stomach won’t cope well.”

Yoochun stuck his lower lip out and pouted. A sick Yoochun really was different. Changmin decided to make a deal. “If you finish the porridge, I’ll feed you another two scones with extra extra whipped cream on top. Deal?”

Yoochun considered the offer for a few seconds before finally nodding his head in agreement. Changmin smiled and holding the bowl in one hand, he dipped a spoon in and scooped a spoonful of porridge up, blowing on it softly before offering it to Yoochun.

Opening his mouth wide, Yoochun took the offered spoon and swallowed the contents before scrunching his nose up in a cute way. “It tastes plain.”

Changmin whipped his head to the direction of the kitchen to see if Jaejoong had overheard Yoochun’s comment. Jaejoong sometimes got sensitive if people criticized his cooking. Seeing that there wasn’t something akin to a dinosaur in period pains appearing at the entrance of the kitchen, Changmin calmed down before turning his attention back to the sick man pouting in front of him.

“It’s not that bad is it?” and with that Changmin scooped up some porridge and tasted it himself. Hmm it tastes okay … Changmin then realized, “Hyung, it’s because you ate so much cream before, so now anything you eat will taste bland.”

Holding up the spoon towards Yoochun, Changmin tried to get him to eat it but Yoochun stubbornly refused to open his mouth. “Hyung, remember our deal? You finish the porridge and you get more scones with extra whipped cream on top - do you not want that anymore?”

“B-But it tastes bland Minnie-ah,” Yoochun whined again. Changmin sighed. If Yoochun didn’t finish the porridge Jaejoong would get angry for sure.

“Okay fine, we have a spoonful each okay? That way you only need to eat half of it, better than all of it okay? And to answer your question yes you have to eat it or else Jaejoong will have my head.”

“Hmm … okay then,” and with that Yoochun leant forward and took the spoon into his mouth swallowing its contents before licking the spoon clean. “Okay your turn!”

Dipping the spoon into the contents in the bowl, Changmin scooped up more and then swallowed it before dipping it back in and feeding it to Yoochun. Changmin couldn’t help but feel that they were sharing an indirect kiss and he tried to will away the bubbly feeling in the bottom of his stomach.

Finally they were down to the last scoop and Changmin bought it up to Yoochun’s lips. Snaking his tongue out, Yoochun licked the bottom of the spoon before slowly taking it into his mouth and swallowing the contents on the spoon.

“Okay I’m done! Do I get my scones now?” Yoochun asked after releasing the spoon. Changmin nodded before putting the spoon and bowl down. Grabbing a scone, Changmin sliced it up into bite-sized pieces before slathering them up with the extra whipped cream on top as promised and offering a piece to Yoochun.

Closing his lips around the offered piece, Yoochun moaned in delight as the taste of whipped cream melted in his mouth.

---

Three hours later found Yoochun still attached to Changmin. Jaejoong was busy cleaning his kitchen, Yunho had decided to humour the dolphin and join him in his video games, which left Yoochun to bother Changmin. Currently still in his second year of high school meant that any free time Changmin had would be spent studying for his exams and all.

Changmin was currently sitting on his bed, back resting against the headboard of the bed with a whiny, clingy Yoochun curled up in his lap. Normally Changmin preferred to be alone when he studied, hating the feeling of people interrupting him. However it was different with Yoochun; especially when he was acting all adorable and cute with his clinginess. It gave him a sense of warmth and calmness. With one hand holding open his physics textbook, Changmin used his other hand to pet Yoochun on the head, fingers running softly through Yoochun’s silky brown locks.

“Why’d you have to come bother me hyung. Surely Jaejoong-hyung or the others would make for a better companion?” Changmin asked nonchalantly, eyes never leaving his textbook.

“Mmm Jaejoong’s in the kitchen and we all know not to bother him when he’s in his sanctuary. Yunho and Junsu are playing video games, it’s too loud out there,” Yoochun replied while snuggling even closer to Changmin.

“Mmm I see … are you feeling better than you were this morning?” Changmin asked, hands never stopping their stroking of Yoochun’s hair.

“Yeah a bit, and it’s all thanks to you Minnie-ah,” Yoochun replied, cuddling even closer (if that was possible) to the younger boy.

They continued to sit in silence, the only noise being the occasional flip of a page on the textbook that Changmin was reading.

As Changmin was repeating an important paragraph that he was sure would be on his test this coming week, he was interrupted with a squeal and a twitch of a body on his lap. Looking down, Changmin saw Yoochun scrunching his nose up cutely before holding his hand up looking like he was going to sneeze.

“Ah-ahh-ahh,” Yoochun prepared himself by throwing his head back and shutting his eyes like one would normally do when about to sneeze. And then … nothing happened. Changmin looked on amusedly as Yoochun opened up his eyes in confusion.

Then suddenly, “AHCHOO!!!” the sneeze came unexpectedly and Yoochun was unable to prevent his sneeze from vibrating all over the bedroom walls. Looking up shyly through his eyelashes, Yoochun mumbled out an apology at Changmin for disturbing him.

Changmin laughed lightly before ruffling his sick hyung’s head. “Are you cold hyung?”

Yoochun didn’t look at Changmin but instead replied, “Sort of …”

Smiling at the way his hyung was acting, Changmin smiled before putting his physics textbook down on his bedside table. Getting up off the bed, Changmin went and turned the heater on in the room before walking back towards the bed to where a sick yet adorable Yoochun was staring up at him in confusion.

“Here stand up for a sec hyung,” Changmin said as he helped Yoochun stand up on his two feet. Before Yoochun could protest as to why he was being told to stand up when he was sick, Changmin quickly pulled back the covers before taking a seat back on the bed and pulling a surprised Yoochun down with him.

Fluffing up the pillows, Changmin laid them against the headboard before making himself comfortable as he leaned back on them. Pulling a still surprised Yoochun against his chest, Changmin then pulled the covers up and over their bodies. Grabbing his textbook back off the table, Changmin opened it back to the page he was at before looking down at Yoochun, whose whole body, save for his head was buried under the blankets.

“There, warmer?” Changmin asked as his eyes went mismatched whenever he smiled his killer smile. Yoochun just nodded his head and wrapped his arms tightly around the maknae, snuggling closer against him before closing his eyes as he listened to Changmin’s heart beat against his ear.

“Thanks Minnie-ah, I love you, you know that right?” Yoochun mumbled before he felt himself drifting off to sleep.

Changmin just smiled down at his cute hyung, replying softly with, “Of course hyung, and I love you too,” before returning his attention back to his textbook.

---

Later on that afternoon, Yoochun was woken up by the sounds of what sounded like someone shuffling around in the room. Slowly opening his eyes, Yoochun tried to shake of the dizziness that was clouding his vision. The first thing he noticed was that he wasn’t in his own room, or his own bed. As the last of the blurriness cleared from his eyes he noticed he was lying on top of Changmin with his arms wrapped around the maknae’s body. A physics textbook lay open beside them and it was then that he noticed Changmin had his arms wrapped around him in return.

Blushing a bit at the closeness Yoochun finally remembered he had fallen asleep on Changmin’s chest, lulled by the steady heartbeats and warmth of the body beneath him. Being sick - especially with a fever - always made Yoochun forgetful of the events that happen before he falls asleep.

Remembering having heard some noise that had awoken him in the first place, Yoochun lifted his head to look in the direction the noise was coming from. Squinting in the afternoon darkness, Yoochun saw their leader Yunho looking through the drawers of the closet.

“Hyung?” Yoochun queried voice husky and laced with sleep.

Turning around in surprise, the leader quickly ducked his head in embarrassment at seeing the intimate position his band mates were in.

“Ahh Chunnie-ah, sorry did I wake you up?” Yunho whispered, aware that their maknae was still deep in slumber. “I didn’t mean to, I was going to take a shower, so I only came in to grab some clothes. You just continue sleeping, I already let the others know not to disturb you,” he finished off with a gentle smile on his face.

Yoochun smiled back at Yunho loving how their leader was always so caring towards his band members. “It’s okay hyung, don’t worry. Enjoy your shower, and I hope Junsu and Jaejoong won’t start complaining fifteen minutes later when you’re still in there practicing every dance choreography we’ve learnt since our debut,” Yoochun finished off with a light laugh that vibrated throughout his body which earned him a light groan from the boy underneath him.

Yoochun froze, worried he had woken up the maknae, but relaxed again when Changmin made no further movements. Yunho would have laughed out loud at Yoochun’s comment and threw a sock at his dongsaeng if Yoochun wasn’t currently sick and cuddling the maknae of the group. As such was the case, Yunho settled for chuckling lightly before responding with, “Oh well, they’ll just have to deal with it, enjoy your private time with Minnie,” and then grabbed his clothes and headed out of the room.

When the door to the bedroom closed shut, Yoochun sighed and relaxed back into the maknae’s embrace, whose arms automatically tightened around the baritone’s waist.

“Feeling better hyung?” Changmin asked startling the elder man in surprise.

“C-Changmin-ah, I thought you were asleep,” Yoochun stuttered out.

“Mmm I was, until your chuckling woke me up,” Changmin replied with a slight yawn, stretching his body and arching up a bit.

“Oh, sorry Minnie-ah,” Yoochun apologized with sincerity.

Changmin just smiled at the man lying on top of him before lifting a hand up to touch Yoochun’s forehead.

“Hmm … you’re not as hot as you were this morning but it still hasn’t completely gone away.”

Yoochun smiled back weakly and considered making a greasy comment in regards to Changmin’s way of wording his sentences but then decided against it.

Instead he asked, “Do you think Jaejoong will let me stay home tomorrow?”

Changmin laughed out loud sending Yoochun into a fit of giggles as Changmin’s body vibrated underneath him. “Are you kidding me hyung? Of course he’ll let you stay home tomorrow. He’ll handcuff you to your bed if you even attempted to walk out of the apartment. Remember that time when Junsu-hyung even begged on his knees because he wanted to play soccer outside after being cooped up in the apartment all week and still Jaejoong-hyung refused?”

Yoochun laughed at that, burying his face in Changmin’s chest to muffle it out. “Ahh god I remember that! In the end he forced me to play soccer with him in the living room and it was going good until he kicked the ball a bit too hard and it crashed into one of Jaejoong’s favourite vases.”

Yoochun looked up to meet Changmin’s eyes and held it for about five seconds before they both burst out into laughter. When Jaejoong had eventually found out what had happened (it wasn’t hard to notice that your most favourite vase was missing, and it was even harder not to notice the pile of shattered glass lying on top of the pile of rubbish when you went to take the trash out), he had banned Junsu from playing soccer for one month straight (ban including the virtual soccer video games and online games).

“Well guess that answers my question,” Yoochun muttered as they both calmed down from their laughing session.

“Indeed,” Changmin returned as he rolled their bodies over so they were both lying on their sides now.

“Am I too heavy?” Yoochun joked as he cuddled up closer to the maknae.

“Mmm maybe just a little,” Changmin replied, chuckling as Yoochun punched him lightly on the shoulder.

Wrapping his arms around Yoochun slender waist, Changmin buried his nose into Yoochun’s hair, inhaling the scent of green apple and citrus before relaxing his body completely.

“Nap until dinner?” Yoochun asked, words slightly muffled against the younger’s chest.

“Mmm …” was Changmin’s only reply before they both succumbed to sleep once again.

---

The following night when Yunho, Jaejoong, Junsu and Changmin arrived back home from dance practice and performances, all were exhausted. Changmin almost wished he was in Yoochun’s position so he could use being sick as an excuse for not going. Nevertheless it was over for the day and they could relax. Sprinting past the others with the strength he had saved up on their journey back in the van, Changmin dashed straight into the bathroom and shut the door behind him with a click. There were two bathrooms in the apartment so the other three could fight for the second one without him.

He took a long hot shower, sighing as the water hit his sore muscles and relaxed his body. As he stepped out of the shower and dried himself off, he forgot he didn’t bring any spare clothes with him. His only thought was getting into the shower first before everyone else. Looking at the pile of damp clothes he had discarded, Changmin scrunched up his nose before picking them up and tossing them into the hamper.

Fluffing up the towel in his hands, Changmin wrapped it securely around his waist before walking out of the bathroom. Going into the kitchen, Changmin poured himself a glass of cold water and downed it all in one go. Putting the glass down on the sink, Changmin let out a yawn and decided to head to his bedroom. It really had been a tiring day today.

Not even bothering to switch on the lights, Changmin stumbled his way across the semi-dark bedroom before dropping himself onto his bed. However, instead of hitting his soft mattress like he thought he would, Changmin’s body came into contact with another body that let out a squeal making Changmin bounce right back up to squint at the moving bundle on his bed.

Finally giving up, Changmin reached out blindly to turn on the bedside lamp before turning back around only to come face to face with a very cute and adorable Park Yoochun who was currently huddling under the comforter of Changmin’s bed.

“H-Hyung? What are you doing here?” Changmin asked incredulously.

Yoochun blushed and looked up at Changmin through his lashes before replying, “S-Sorry Minnie-ah, I couldn’t fall asleep in my own bed earlier on and I was really tired. Then I remembered how nice and comfortable your bed was when I slept in it yesterday and yeaa I guess I fell asleep?” Yoochun trailed off shyly.

“Oh … oh okay, umm but aren’t our beds almost identical?” Changmin asked somewhat dumbfounded.

Yoochun blushed, if possible, an even deeper shade of red and ducked his head under the covers so a muffled response came from under the comforter.

Changmin’s brows furrowed in confusion and he tried to tug the comforter off Yoochun. “Hyung, I can’t hear you if you hide behind the comforter. Come on, come out hyung.”

But try as he might, Yoochun wouldn’t budge, so Changmin did the only thing he could think of. Grabbing the comforter from his side, Changmin burrowed under the comforter and slowly wriggled his way across to Yoochun and soon he was face to face with a beet-red Yoochun. Yoochun’s eyes widened as he took in the sight of Changmin in nothing but a towel wrapped around his waist. What was worse though was, during Changmin’s wriggling under the comforter, his towel had ridden up slightly and Yoochun now had a very good view of Changmin’s long slender legs in front of him.

Changmin, who was more worried about why his hyung was hiding from him, was completely oblivious as to what his body was doing to Yoochun.

“Hyung, why are you hiding from me, and what were you trying to say before? I couldn’t hear you because your voice was muffled behind my comforter,” Changmin said as he tried to pry Yoochun’s fingers away from his face.

“I’m not hiding,” Yoochun declared as he peeked through his fingers to look at Changmin’s face, decidedly trying to avoid looking at Changmin’s lower half.

“Well, will you tell me what you said before?” Changmin asked again nicely.

“Umm … well … the reason I slept in your bed was because it … feltreallynicesleepingwithyouyesterdayandIthoughtsleepinginyourbedtodaywouldfeellikeIwassleepingwithyou,” Yoochun finished in one breath.

“Umm … what?” Changmin asked, eyebrows scrunching up in confusion.

Yoochun groaned in frustration before taking a deep breath and repeating his words again, keeping his gaze lowered, refusing to meet the other’s eyes. Too embarrassed to see what Changmin’s reaction would be, Yoochun quickly rolled over so his back was facing the maknae.

The rustling of the comforter brought Changmin back to his senses and he quickly shuffled forward to embrace Yoochun from behind.

“So you’re trying to say, you enjoyed sleeping with me yesterday but since I wasn’t home today, you thought sleeping in my bed would make it feel like I was next to you, right hyung?”

“T-That’s what I just said, don't repeat what I say!” Yoochun blurted out as he felt his whole body heat up in embarrassment and he tried to move away from the maknae. Unfortunately he was pretty much almost at the edge of the bed. If he moved any further, he’d fall off. So instead he settled for just laying there hoping Changmin wasn’t going to make fun of him.

“Awww you’re so cute hyung,” Changmin exclaimed as he cuddled even closer to Yoochun.

As he felt Changmin’s bare thighs slide over his, Yoochun’s body stiffened before he whispered, “Shouldn’t you umm … get dressed now Min-ah?”

Burying his face into Yoochun’s hair, Changmin shook his head and replied, “I’m too tired to get up … I feel comfortable like this.”

“Ahh … umm okay then,” Yoochun trailed off. As silence settled between them, Yoochun got nervous and decided to start a conversation. “So, how was the performance today?”

Changmin grumbled before replying, “It was tiring, I wish I could’ve stayed home with you. Sleeping with you is definitely better than doing five hours of practice during the day and then performing straight after.”

Yoochun smiled at that. “Should I pass some of my sickness onto you so you can have an eligible reason to stay home next time?”

Changmin nodded his head fervently. “Yes please hyung.”

Yoochun chuckled, it must’ve been pretty tiring for the maknae today. As he opened his mouth to say something again he was interrupted by Changmin.

“Hyunnggg, I’m really tired. Can we talk later please? I want to sleep …”

Chuckling again, Yoochun replied, “Sure dongsaeng,” before shifting his body closer to the maknae’s. In return, Changmin tightened his arms around Yoochun pulling him closer to his chest.

“Good night Minnie-ah. I love you.”

“Night hyung, love you too.”

--

The following day, Changmin woke up with a burning fever from sleeping naked with just a towel around his waist and the air con in the room on at full blast. Apparently, Yoochun’s body heat and the comforter weren't enough to prevent him from getting sick. In the end Changmin got his wish and was allowed to stay home the following day with Yoochun.
