it is currently 6am and i am sitting in my room with a chicken
today was quite an interesting day. i awoke at 2pm and sat in front of the tv/did a little work for about 9 hours. then me and cassie were gonna do something but we didnt cuzit was really late and because of the stupid football game everywhere around campus is crowded as my life and u cant get anywhere. so then like a great little college student, i embark to wendy's weher i consume wonderfully healthy food. then i proceed to the row where i quickly drink enough alcohol to be somewhat drunk. as we walk down the street,i stop because oh wait...there is a chicken sitting on the sidewalk. ummmmmm, okkkk.
there is this stupid thing that they do in the frats...for the pledge class, they have to either decide to take care of a chicken for the whole semester on a rotation thing, or they have to kill it. clearly, the right decision is to take care of it. but shockingly enough most decide to kill the chicken. haha, no. i was for sure not letting the chicken die, and i decided that if it was on the row...death was probably in its near future. i suddenly act very sober and become very in charge. people are talking and im like shut up there is a chicken and im not leaving without it. cool of me to take charge of things. after bitching enough me and the others finally convince campus cruiser (the little tram thing that drives people to and from places close to campus) to take us back to the dorm...with the chicken. i carry it to my room and i frantically call cassie and my mom and look online trying to find an animal shelter. it's 4am by now.
we found a shelter and me and lisa bring the chicken to the car and start to drive. it was freaking out and i was like um, yeah not happening. so we turn around and bring it back to my room. currently it is sitting in a box with a dish of water in my dorm room. i think its name is mooshy, b/c thats what i called it when talking to it. ok, so i love animals...and im a vegetarian...but seriously, could u just leave the poor thing there to be slaughtered by stupid college boys? no, absolutely not.
