3rd Case // Sleepless in Violet // Violet City
[It's been a long time since you heard from this loser, huh Johto? Gus has been busy contending with, like, EVERYTHING EVER, including two trouble making Pokemon. What's he doing right now, though?
Well, TRYING to sleep, and failing. The Pokegear turns on in the middle of the night to reveal Gus at the Violet City hotel. There's a Chimchar sleeping at the foot of the bed curled up, it's tail flame currently out. Shawn the Aipom is on the bed too, sprawled out on it's back sleeping peacefully except for mild snoring. Vulpix, another new addition, is curled up on the plush cushion of a nearby chair just within view of the Gear.
The man in the bed has been tossing increasingly for the last two hours, and finally settles flat on his back with his arms at his sides. If your eyes have adjusted to the dark yet then you can just make out the unamused blank stare that's bordering on a glare as Gus takes in the fascinating view of his room's ceiling. He hasn't noticed yet that the gear is on, and jolts his poor Pokemon awake when he, after several seconds of silence, slams his fists down on the bed, seeming to relent to his frustration.]
This damn music is driving me crazy. How the hell is a guy supposed to get any sleep around here?!
