The days food intake....
Breakfast: Strawberry Smoothie 313 cals
Lunch: 2 taco supremes ( I know, horrible,
but I was craving) 420 cals
Snacks:like 6 hershey kisses( its v-day) 153 cals
Dinner: 2 rice cakes 70
fresh fruit bowl ?
total: 956 (wow)
BUT I burned off about 450- 500 in the gym so more like 500 or so...
I had a lot to eat today but tomorrow will be better.
