Disappearing off the face of the Earth

I'm still here!! Just had some major health issues and some setbacks in the writing process. But I've been doing a lot of reading. Former friends have married, there's been at least 1 funeral and - thank God! - a close friend has realized his "I'm-not-sure-what-you'd-call-him" is a total D**K. But enough about me? How are you? What's going on in your life?
