I think it'd be fun! I mean, not the same as a pastel, obviously, but neat in its own way. If Will and Gaston turn out well, you should do the entire cabal. Just for shits and giggles.

As for the base, which one exactly would you use? Cause I think some of the lover bases might work, if you play around with the female one to make her male...haha

Rum!

Don't forget Otter and Liam!! I really like those two. And the Bard and Dickey, too...*goes off about how she's always in love with minor characters*

Pixilated Will and Gaston! Kawaii! They could be a video game, ala Chrono Trigger or the old Final Fantasy games before they got all swanky with the graphics. Yeah, show us what comes of it! :D

No, I meant cute (kawaii), not "whimsical" (I have never in my life used the word "whimsical" to describe anything. If it is described as "whimsical," it's probably sickeningly Christmas movie cute, and I will be disgusted). I studied Japanese in college (and Spanish, and German, and Russian), and various words come to me inherently quicker in other languages than in English (and sometimes I have to pause to say it in English - lol). Kawaii/kowaii came into common usage for me after it became a great joke in our Japanese class: we were all supposed to say something descriptive about our teacher. Most of us said, "she has black hair," or "she has brown eyes," or somesuch, but one kid said that she was kowaii (scary). She glared at him, gave a huff, and said, "You had *better* mean kawaii (cute)!" LOL...

Cute as it may be

the use of kawaii in a non-anime fandom is a little....out of place.
