I'm finally almost done. Just two more papers (easy ones, at that) and one more exam to go. AAAH!
I got my French paper back on Monday. Get this; I actually got an A+. I'm pretty sure everyone else did, too... but still. I was pleased. He said that he was impressed with how much work we all put into our papers. Apparently the last class he had didn't do nearly as much research and whatnot as we did. So I guess those two all-nighters last week really paid off. Haha.
I passed both of my juries, too. WAHOO!!! So I am now a sophomore in the viola studio and a junior in oboe. That made me one happppppy kid. Those were probably the two things I was most worried about. And it's over!!!! *deep sigh of relief*
I can't believe I'm almost done with two years of college. It's gone by so fast, which I knew it would, so I don't rightly know why I'm so surprised. In a couple of years we'll all be moving to different counties, states, or even continents. We'll be moving onto the next stage of our lives, and who knows what adventures are to come? It is so strange now to remember the days of middle school and even high school. It seems almost like another lifetime. And since I'm going to be gone for so much of the summer, I probably won't get to see much of "the gang" back home. A lot of them won't be done with classes until after I've left. That makes me a little sad--there won't be time to catch up and have that relaxing hang-out time that summer is supposed to be made for. =( Oh well. Maybe this summer will be different. Maybe this will be a summer of adventure, excitement. A new chapter in our lives that will unfold as a thrilling time of change--hopefully for the better. I suppose only time will tell. Well this is getting cheesier than I had originally meant for it to be... so perhaps I shall take this opportunity to wish you all a good night and a pleasant tomorrow. Good luck to those with exams this and/or next week, as well as to those who still have a few more weeks of classes. God bless!

p.s. I just got a viola today that I may very well be purchasing!!! WAAHOOO!!!! My very own viola. Let's just say that I am tickled pink. (haha that was given in the thesaurus as a synonym for happy).
