(no subject)
The day went by so SLOWLY! But despite the shoulder I'm finally keeping up with people at practice again. Coach Nobu gave me my bill after I got out of the water, because, apparently, our house is a giant black hole to mailmen everywhere. Nobu said we're having another swim-a-thon this Saturday for the people who couldn't make it last weekend. HA! I guess the turnout was just THAT BAD. I'm definitely going. I'll make about 6 gallons of my mom's infamous hot chocolate(NOT the Nestles garbage from this weekend) and nag Sophi into participating if I can. Meanwhile, the college app paperwork is driving me nuts!!! When I have the time to fill out the work, we're out of paper. And when we have the paper, we're out of envelopes. And when we have the envelopes, we're out of stamps...it goes on forever. I mean, there ARE perks...like leaving the computer for a plate of ghetto mac and cheese... or being interrupted by a phone call from somebody wonderful. W.e. The whole college app mess will be over soon, and I'll probably end up missing it, because I'm crazy like that.
