I CAN HAS LIVE OLYMPICS!!!!!!!!!
My dad and I finally figured it out over the phone, and now I can watch stuff as it happens as opposed to the time delay nonsense NBC is making us out West deal with. Of course, they doesn't offer coverage of all the sports on the site, but they are streaming hockey live, which means I don't have to scrounge around for live feeds-in a somewhat-related note: Russian commercials are HILARIOUS.
They've beefed up security on campus, but it's still wanting in some aspects. I called the campus escort service for a ride from my dorm to my Biology lab, and they didn't know where my building was! Plus, it took them over 20 minutes to show up; I barely made it to class on time. I don't think I'll be using it again; instead, I'm going to just leave early for class while it's still light out and get rides back from friends. In my opinion, campus needs to be better lit; there's only two big overhead lights near the anthropology building, which is where the girl was stabbed, and the path that leads up to it has no lights at all.
