Here's a couple memes, if you are so inclined:

1. Reply to this post, & I will pick six of your icons.
2. Make a post (including this info) & talk about the icons I chose.
3. Other people can then comment to you and make their own posts.
4. This will create a never-ending cycle of icon glee.
1. Never go up against a Sicilian
This is one of my favorite movies of all time, and Wallace Shawn as Vizzini is my favorite character. He's just so indignant and frustrated that it leads to him being completely fail-tastic as a villain, but that's part of his charm.
2. Dean and I are Band-Aid buddies!
It's actually true; my mom sent me the exact same Band-Aids in a care package last year, and I haven't used them all up yet. Also, Dean gets hurt so often on the show, he could really use them.
3. partyhat!Sam will never get old
This is one of my favorite scenes in Supernatural, and not just because Sam looks precious in his party hat. The dissonance between Lesley Gore and Corbin's death is deliciously creepy. Also, I listened to a lot of Lesley Gore as a child, so it's also a little nostalgic.
4. Karl Urban and Cars: 2 of my favorites
I have no idea where this picture comes from-though if I had to guess, it would be The Bourne Supremacy. I just felt like having some Karl Urban in my user pics, and this is a particularly nice shot of him. What? I never claimed I wasn't shallow.
5. Yay!
David Tennant is my favorite doctor; his energy is infectious and he's just too adorable for words. I feel that this icon is the perfect example of why he's is my favorite, and it never fails to put a smile on my face, no matter how crappy my day is.
6. It's really quite obvious when you think
How so adorable, Anton Yelchin? Chekov just makes me want to take him home, bake him cookies, and have him sing along with Disney movies.

1. Leave me a comment saying anything random, like your favourite lyric to your current favourite song.
2. I respond by asking you five personal questions so I can get to know you better.
3. You will update your LJ with the answers to the questions
4. You will include this explanation and offer to ask someone else in the post.
5. When others comment asking to be asked, you will ask them five questions.
1. Where did your LJ name come from? (it makes me crave chocolate chip cookies *lol*)
Dang it, now I want cookies. It's actually my favorite kind of pie, which doesn't mean much as chocolate pie and pumpkin pie are the only types of pie I can stand. I don't know why, but I have this thing against cooked fruit, so no apple/cherry/peach/whatever pie for me.
2. What is your favourite fiction book, and why?
A Tale of Two Cities by Charles Dickens. I read it during middle school to impress my dad, who is the world's biggest Dickens fan, but then I fell in love with the drama and the characters and just everything about it. I don't care what you say, Sydney Carton is a BAMF, and totally deserved better than what happened to him. In fact, I think one of my first ships was Sydney/Lucie. I read it again senior year for the summer assignment and ended up writing my free response essay on the AP test about Dickens' use of foils in ATOTC, which I got a 5 on, just in case you care.
3. If I could only buy one more cd for the rest of my life, what would you recommend?
Magical Mystery Tour, by The Beatles. It's one of my favorites, and it's got a bunch of the classics on it.
4. If you could be any supernatural creature ever thought of, what would you become and why?
I've actually been asked this before, and my answer's still the same: the kraken. Because, quite honestly, what is more cool than a giant squid-like denizen of the deep? Nothing, that's what. Plus, I'd get to hang out in the ocean all day, which seems like a sweet deal to me.
5. What place would you most like to visit on Earth?
It's actually been Australia for quite some time now. One of my friends from high school went there this summer, and she had the most awesome stories and pictures. It just seems like such an awesome country, and the Australians that I have met have been super friendly and fun. Plus, it has the whole koalas, kangaroos, and proximity to New Zealand thing going for it-koalas are legit.
On a completely different note, does anyone have "Knock 'Em Out" by Lily Allen? I'm making this mix for our floor to celebrate the end of Creeper-gate '09, and it fits so perfectly.
