So, the Orlando airport is already a million times better than Chicago-Midway simply because they have free Wi-fi.
Thank goodness for that as otherwise, this trip back has been a nightmare. There was an oil spill on 66, so we had to take the long way to Dulles. Then, instead of the fifteen to twenty security points they usually had working, they only had one. To make matters worse, I got stopped because I had a bunch of change in my back-pack pocket; this has never been a problem in the past. All of this meant that despite the fact that we arrived an hour and a half before my flight, my mom and I left security with fifteen minutes to get to our gate. For those unfamiliar with the layout of Dulles, in order to get to our gate, you have to walk a good ten minutes before you get there. My mom and I booked it and made it to our gate with seven minutes to spare!
Oh and guess what I found out: they make canned water!
ETA: OMG! THERE"S A PARROT FLYING AROUND THE GATE!!!!! MOST AWESOME DAY EVER!!!
It turns out it's some promotional thing for the new Discovery attractions in Orlando. I went up to take a picture of it and THEY LET ME HOLD IT!!!
