Ecuador Chronicles Part 1
O.K. so I haven't really left yet but I figured I could start this now. I leave on Wednesday and will probably be getting to the airport at 8 a.m., a little earlier than necessary probably, but my mom has to go to work. I am very nearly done getting everything I need and will be packing ASAP.
Here is a list of things I still need to do:
-Get my yellow fever shot on Monday morning.
-New walking shoes maybe? My old ones are kinda falling apart.
-Spare batteries for alarm clock and headlamp.
-Make copy of passport and prescriptions (eye and pills)
-Pick up some make up so I have enough for a month. I probably won't use a lot but they do dress up in Quito as far as I can tell.
-Get luggage from grandparents (and in the same trip stop by Ally's to say bye to her)
-Pick a pair of binoculars
-MAYBE buy a fleece and hat. Don't really need them, but if I see something I like I might buy it.
I will try to update once a week and let everyone know what is going on.
