Nyzul Assault Progression
My Nyzul Assault group started in August/September of 2007. Since then, we've been having runs 2 days a week, with 3-4 actual attempts on each run day. It started out slow, with somewhat frequent failures and the general group malaise of worrying about reaching higher floors. Now, we have two runic discs (the item you use to record your floor progress) to the top floor, 100, and last night we went 3/3 on headpiece drops. The amazing thing about our group is that it's just a group of friends. No random pickups, no stupid elitists, just... us.
I went from having passable, slightly above average DRG gear... to having this:
Here's the group sitting. We got 2 Askar heads (the black helmets) and 1 Goliard hat (the pimp hat refined-looking chapeau being sported by Jon).
I'm so proud of us. (So dorky, lolz.)

And with that... I'm going to the muthafuckin' zoo!
