I was thinking of Zidane, Seifer, Irvine, Edgar, and Zack at times (and gah, I would be VERY tempted to vote Balthier if you hadn't asked for FFXII to not be considered, as quite a few of your responses fit him rather well too! XD)...though for some reason I keep going back to Gippal in my head which probably seems like a really bizarre vote...sorry about that!. Gippal tends to be pretty humorous (with a rather dry sense of humor at times), relaxed, and friendly for the most part--and he does seem to enjoy being charming to women when he feels he can be, and likes to tease at least one girl that he became friends with/close to at some point in his past. I could imagine him being considered rather mysterious and weird in a good way in combination too given some of his viewpoints and outlooks at times. He can rather cocky and seems to like accomplishments quite a bit as well...and in certain interactions with others, he can appear to be cold or heartless in how he handles things (though this is often rare to see). Throughout FFX-2, Gippal is seen to be an incredibly loyal friend even when the people close to him cut off contact. He's arrogant in a way...but also very determined, intelligent, ambitious, and surprisingly eloquent at times.

I think "realistic idealist" probably describes Gippal's general outlook pretty well, especially given his interactions with YRP and his friends. He can be rather outgoing, though sometimes he'll close off depending on a situation. He is very energized and passionate about things he cares for deeply and his goals, and is in-between both logical and impulsive when it comes to his actions depending on the situation at hand. Gippal is an accomplished and well-respected leader of a faction in Spira in FFX-2, and while he is hyper and immature in many of his actions--he is actually surprisingly mature in his mindset and viewpoints, and has some rather interesting thoughts and ideas about things. I could easily picture Gippal answering in a similar fashion pretty much every scenario question you answered in the "m a k e / a / p a t h" and "t h i n k / o n / y o u r / f e e t !" sections too. :D
