I'm the new cancer - I never looked better and you can't handle it
Yay so show's were announced! Well, not techincally announced, but Anna/Tricia/Kristina ran into dear Hutchy at the Collierville mall last week and told them what shows we're doing. So Anna told me tonight.
Cinderella for the spring musical and It's A Wonderful Life for the fall play. I'm really really really excited about both of them. I actually think they're gonna be really good. Plus they both have really good roles in both of them.
It's A Wonderful Life seems like it's gonna be hard to cast, cuz it's a TON of guys. But maybe some'll pop up outta the woodwork. I know Robert & Eric are both gonna do the shows this year. Michael Barzizza'll be a froshy, too, so we'll get him again [yay!]. It'll be interesting to see what happens. I really wanna be Mary. She's just a fun character, at least in the movie. She's George's wife, and not in it a whole whole lot. But she's a lead, as far as the women's roles go [this show is basically the opposite of Sense, TONS of guys, not so much for girls], so there'll of course be competition. Ah well, competition never killed anyone. Yet.
Cinderella is gonna be sooooooooooo much fun. I want to be the Fairy Godmother sooooooooooooooooooo badly. Impossible is my favorite song out of the ENTIRE show [with maybe the exception of The Prince Is Giving A Ball, cuz it's hilarious]. Plus she gets a wand. Um helloooooo? I'd constantly be dancing around singing Popular. lol. And I'm sure she'd have an amazing costume, cuz I mean helloooo, she has to be beautiful. It's a line. No really. But one of the stepsisters would be a fun part, too, cuz they have that funny song - Why Would A Fellow Love A Girl Like Her? It's just cute. But yeah Godmother is what I'm trying out for. Wheeeee!
