Countries and international agencies have offered money and supplies to victims of Hurricane Katrina.
Considering the staggering numbers of people who had to evacuate the city, and those abandoned in the city, I would like to know if any relief, in terms of housing, was offered here in Canada? More specifically, I would like to know if there are any victims of Hurricane Katrina that are now residing, seeking refugee status, or were evacuated to Toronto (Ontario)?
