something like Yakult is really more for digestion than to boost your immune system (I have to admit I googled that, but there are probiotic drinks in the US too XD )

you could also try using hand sanitizer, like Purell, since you're not really in a position to wash your hands constantly in a classroom (hand sanitizers here are water-based gel containing a high percentage of alcohol to kill germs).

I remember when my son was little and he and I used to get colds All. The. Time. It was horrible!

Really all you can do is try to keep away from germs and keep your resistance high by eating lots of fruits and vegetables and getting plenty of sleep.

I hope you don't suffer too much before cold season ends.
